Do I need to purchase a plan now?
No. Sign up for a free trial now and purchase when you’re ready. You have access to all features during your trial with the exception of license administration and certain Professional + Enterprise plan features.
Do you provide custom onboarding and training programs?
Yes! Our Professional and Enterprise subscriptions include a custom onboarding program tailored to your specific business needs, a dedicated Customer Success Manager to equip you with best practices, and team training sessions to ensure ProductPlan adapts to your workflow and enhances your processes.
How does your pricing compare with other solutions?
Other products charge you based on the number of reviewers as well as basic phone support. We believe it should be simpler than that. ProductPlan allows you to share your roadmaps throughout the entire organization at no additional cost. We charge only for Editors of roadmaps. Our plans include unlimited roadmaps, viewers, and commenters.
Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?
No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a trial account. Pay by credit card when you’re ready to purchase ProductPlan.
What is your discount for purchasing annually?
Basic plan customers can save 20% off the price of our monthly plan by choosing to pay annually. Basic customers paying monthly can convert to an annual plan at any time.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Upgrade to a plan if ProductPlan is right for you. If not, there’s no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes View only, but your data remains intact in case you decide to upgrade your plan another time.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, it’s easy to upgrade your plan at any time or add licenses to an existing plan. All changes are pro-rated.
How do I purchase?
Visit your billing page in ProductPlan to purchase one or more licenses.
Are my roadmaps secure?
Product roadmaps represent important and highly confidential information to your organization. We take the trust you have placed in ProductPlan seriously. Read our security overview.
What's the difference between an Editor and a Viewer?
An Editor can edit all items on the roadmap and in Table Layout, create roadmaps, evaluate initiatives using the Planning Board, and determine who can view and edit roadmaps they own. Viewers can view and comment on roadmaps that have been shared with them. ProductPlan subscriptions are priced per Editors, and all subscriptions include an unlimited number of Viewers.
Do you offer a non-profit or start-up discount?
We currently do not offer a non-profit or start-up discount.
Can I keep my roadmaps when I purchase?
When you subscribe, your roadmap data rolls seamlessly over to a paid plan – there is no need to recreate anything.
